I was looking at your weight history. You consistently go down. You must be doing something right. Keep up the good work. Where did you go for crabs?

I went to an old friends cook-out. I ended up skipping the crabs:( I did have half a bowl of crab soup though. This diet thing is becoming such a routine for me that I can hardly eat regular food on the weekends anymore.
