I do know better......I guess some of us never learn, Tuesday , dusted off my stationary bike, grabbed my weights,and for 1/2 hour enjoyed watching my soaps lifting (2 3# )weights and slowly peddling...well, yesterday I couldn’t....arms and hips said NOWAY...today I tried again, now I am doing what I should have done to start with... short intervals....doing good on my diet
