Just getting ready to start. No plans on what to do tomorrow. But I gotta pull the trigger at some point. So here goes ...

Get a plan going and you'll be on the road to success!! I think the "plan" part of it is instrumental. I like to cut up veggies, boil eggs, have low fat cheese sticks on hand and lots of "good" foods available so I am not so tempted to cheat. :) You can do it!!

Like Bullytrouble say's you need to have lot's of low fat and good food's around and cut up veggies.chew gum helps me alot and drink lot's of water. And if you have made up your mind to do this thing you can do it. Hang in there. Seadog

I still haven't figured out all the in's and out's but I've stayed on track 100%. I'm slowly adding to my "menu" as I devise recipes that adhere to the plan. So far it is easier than I anticipated. I'm getting a lot of support from folks around me. Someone has already noticed that I've lost weight. That always feels great. Oh, and my snack is pistachios. I grab a handful of those and that always does the trick. So far I prefer to choose heatlthy fats over low fat versions of high fat foods. Thanks for the support y'all!
