I added ankle weights to my walking routine. Slapped them on last night for the first time and they really didn't slow me down...even up the big hill! Tonight is last chance workout night...gonna walk and do The Biggest Loser on the Wii. I'm ready to get out of the 150's. Saturday I was invitied to a cook-out with some old friends from high school....I'm going because they are having crabs...I'll go anywhere for a good crab.
