ok I am switching to the Calorie Count diet, not because Herbalife is not working, in fact Herbalife is working perfectly, why I am switching is because I am obsessed with counting calories and carbs, that's all I do. If I can't read the label I'm not going to eat it. Plus I always ensure to burn more calories than I eat, making Calorie Count the perfect diet for me. I will still continue to make Herbalife the core of my daily diet.

im obsessed with counting calories too! and if i eat out, i do mental calculations all the while when i put food into my mouth. gets too stressful sometimes trying to proportion out the calories contained within the food instead of enjoying it though :(

OMG there is someone like me out there. I don't go anywhere without my BlackBerry because I use the Calorie Counter by fatsecret app to help count calories. So far I have not found a food item thats not listed in the FS database. You should install the app on your phone. It's a real lifesaver :)... and yes I know how you feel. Counting the calories sometimes takes the fun and desire out of eating the mouth watering food :(
