Started off my day with a 6:30 AM personal training session with Cory. We alternated between arms and legs and had me up to 13.5 lb. dumbbells for the chest press. Tonight's a 75 minute core class at the yoga studio by my office, followed by a 75 minute yoga stretching (zen) class. All of these sessions and classes seem to be working...my weight's down and my clothes are fitting better (a bit baggy) :)
