Wow, it's been 12 weeks since I started losing weight..down 18 pounds so far. It really does get easier as time goes by and becomes a routine just like anything else in life. I'm most proud of giving up the sweet ice tea and replacing it with water or diet soda. That was hard given the fact that I use to drink a gallon of ice tea a day for like 20 years or more. Yes, Rutters Ice tea was my poison. I once punched my brother in the mouth for drinking the last of the ice tea and refusing to go get more:).....that's crazy. I was a teenager...ok..didn't happen last week:)LoL
