Well I started cutting back on the carbs and calories... right now I am Soooooo Hungry!!! Desperately trying to stay below 180 carbs and 1900 calories this week. The downside is the Mrs (who BTW could stand to diet as well). However, I love her and would never say that to her, as I like living as well!

I digress, I am back to making 2 separate meals at each mealtime. Which is tiring to say the least. I have been going though my Diabetes cookbooks trying to find recipes that everyone will be able to eat. Hopefully, without too much complaining.
