I'm frustrated with myself because I keep starting this clean eating/healthy choices lifestyle change and failing. First of all, I often don't have time to fully meal and snack prep and so I choose unhealthy options on busy days which is most days.
I have to figure out like what works best for me during those times I'm super busy with few healthy options at hand. Nonetheless, I have to try because I'm way too short for my current weight, lol.
