①早餐: 奶昔,四个煎饺

③午餐: 一盘豆腐炒青菜
⑤晚餐:奶昔,煎饺(做了要吃,不能剩),半个肉包子(馅是一个),半碗疙瘩汤,好饱好饱[捂脸]
63 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 63 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
