My weight was 109.2 lbs. the yesterday morning on the scale. I'm not changing it until I see some real progress again! Just so you know, I just put everything into my "food journal" on here that I have eaten for the day. Boy did I wrack my brain trying to remember what I had! I think I did okay though.
I'm seeing my dietitian tomorrow, in the morning. Wish me luck! I hope I lose some weight:)
