I'm in the 48th hour of the last 72hrs of Phase 2 still on the VLCD. Omg... with out the hcg, the hunger is unreal. I thought I was going to pass out last night. I rushed home to eat my last meal for the day! I was surprised that even though it was only the 100g of chicken it filled me up..thank goodness.
