放肆的开放日
①早餐: 一碗粥,少量麻花,鸡蛋饼,咸鸭蛋

③午餐: 米饭,鸡火锅,凉拌牛肉,土豆丝,花菜

⑤晚餐:烤肉,牛肉金针菇拌饭,小番茄若干,草莓一个
64.7 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 64.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 14 kg a Week
