Okay, I'm getting a good amount of excercise. Time trials last night, 10 miles, and I had a better time than the 20 year old swimmer/ triathlete! It wasn't a "stellar" time - I wonder if she let me win? Then spin class this morning - the spinning is a hard workout but the ab and upper body workout are the killers!
Now to get my food intake back in line. Yesterday was the 36th anniversary of our first date so my husband and I went out to eat after I got home from time trials and took a quick shower. I'm so happy my husband remembers all the little details of when we first started dating after SO MANY years!
