Well here goes... I was on the South Beach Diet a couple of years ago and did fantastic in Phase 1, but leveled out in Phase 2 - have to confess I wasn't very dedicated in Phase 2 so I'm giving it another try. Any prayer warriors out there please pray for me!

i really do believe in the power of prayer. i tell you what, i started the south beach diet yesterday. i will pray for you daily and you pray for me. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!
