12/25晚餐╮( ̄▽ ̄"")╭⋯大家多包涵哦!—》因為只有自己煮+吃,所以會紀錄上會常出現相似度極高的粗糙備餐😅😅

還想請教一下各位大大,進食順序到底要如何才是正確的呢?!

我目前都是先喝開水(一邊備餐&等侯的時間喝約500~700cc)—》熱湯(清蒸蔬菜+肉的湯約150~200cc)—〉生菜沙拉🥗(參雜水果)—》水煮蛋🥚&熟蔬菜—》肉—〉澱粉🤣

因為網路上好多人多說要先吃蛋白質—》蔬菜—〉澱粉—》水果🧐🧐

我其實沒什麼順序,倒是一定會把澱粉留在最後吃這樣(隨性😆),茶也是邊吃邊喝🤣😁😁
