明天開始不能再喝牛奶 直到感冒好,不可以再自私一直喝牛奶 12/25起/12月底67 一個月-2公斤,1-65/2-63/3-61/4-59/6-57 共減10公斤, 中餐盡量吃地瓜,水果只能吃芭樂、小番茄、每天只能吃1400大卡,這幾天太隨性了,一直沒有變瘦了!有空多運動,盡量40分鐘那邊!
