Banyak makan ikan sih kalo aku supaya protein agak banyakan 😁 Pola makan pagi lebih ke buah siang makan nasi merah +sayur+lauk buat dinner nya biasa makan sayuran +lauk tp aku lebih banyak jus sayuran+nanas+ pepaya karna tipe susah bab tanpa jus andalan😅😅 air 2L wajib plus olahraga hitt 10-15 menit liat di YouTube +berdoa Alhamdulillah lancar
