午餐,少量肉,豆腐,青菜,半碗米饭
晚餐,油炸麻花,一个橙子
64.5 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 64.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
