DIDNT EAT ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER WORKOUT WHICH WAS AT NOON. NEED TO HAVE BREAKFAST. FEEL GOOD TODAY WORKED OUT LEGS. NEED TO START CARDIO ALSO. NEED TO CURB NIGHT TIME EATING SOMEHOW TOO.
