seminggu sekali bisa, tiap hari bisa, cuma keep in mind aja kalo tiap hari pasti turun naik gak selalu turun, jadi kalo mau tiap hari, itung rata2 perminggu bb nya. tapi kalo kamu gampang galau jangan nimbang perhari wkwkw
