weight is still not loosing but also no gain. i do cardio like hardcore these days.last night, 30 jogging on treadmile non-stop,on the bike for 10 min, elipticle for 10 mins.... i felt super highper after the work out but it was hard to sleep at night maybe cuz my metabolism was up so high.
:( Im realy looking forward to drop a lb tomorrow so that i feel im working out for something. Or maybe i should just force myself to weight only once or twice a week, so im not so anxious about it.

since your working out, you might be building muscle, muscle weighs more then fat..that might explain your weight gain..the exercise looks great, always try and add more one each day..if you cant do all the exercise in one day, then split it up..jog one day, do elliptical and bike, or elliptical an jog..bike next day..keep your body guessing...just dont give up..be patient and work hard, it will drop off...
