Boy am I SORE! Tuesday had an hour of 1:1 with kickboxing instructor, 10 sets of jump rope for 45 secs really woke up my calves, Wednesday I made myself go to KB class...plus Sally song squats, pushups and abs...this morning is upper body with April on the machines at work...then another 1:1 Friday! How am I ever going to bowl at my nieces B-Day party?
