There is nothing inherntly wrong with black licorice (if it's actually got licorice root), or peanut butter. Both have benifits to our bodies. Just don't eat too much of them, is all. Take some multi's and drink some water and see if you still crave them? The rest just takes time. One minute at a time, but so long as you're hanging in there with at least one finger, you'll be ok.
