Had a job interview this morning. I was super nervous before going there!! Yesterday night I felt like eating more, that's my normal reaction to being nervous, and have choosen to cook veggies with coconut milk. So, even if I have eaten more than I normally do, it's not a huge damage. Same thing with ice cream. I happen to have in the freezer some ben&jerry's chocolate poison...ehm, ice cream. My DP happens to like it very much (me too, but I prefer to look at it when I am in a supermarket, remember about the wonderful taste and run away without taking it home). Well, I have been able to control myself and had only two tablespoon of that stuff. Even if I was so nervous. I am proud of myself!! :) Then after the interview, decided to reward myself with some food (there's no space anymore for clothes in my flat). So I bought anchovies imported from Italy. My mother used to love them and always kept a small jar of them in the fridge. I used as well as a treat, by putting few of them in my salad for lunch. I am so happy, I did not givin in buying pizza or pastries or junk food, but just something that brings back nice memories and it's healthy (maybe too much salt, but it's ok). .... The job interview went fine, I hope. I have to go back tomorrow, in order to meet other people working there, and will know about the result in a few weeks. I like the projects they're working on, and it's all practical stuff. In my previous job I dealt with stuff not so much related to everyday life, let's say. Good thing is: I finally feel ready to start something new!!! I feel again my "fighter" mood!! I haven't felt that way since 2008... I am so happy!! In the meanwhile I will apply for other jobs!! ... Temperature are rising here in Germany!! Today I used my trench coat for the very first time of the year!! While in the past days I have still been using a winter feather filled coat. So glad springtime has arrived!! :)
