Friday finally!! ..

Uff I've been waiting 4 this day since Monday LOL ....

Don't have any plans ... yet ...But I know I'll have fun ... Healthy fun ;) ... I hope so ... hehehe ....

Yesterday I started with Interval for the Exercise Bike.. and i felt awesome!! ... so tired but sweet like a pig ... I just notices that this week i've been ending with a horrible headache! ... anyone feels the same way after a work out?? .....

Hope averybody has a great weekend ...

Hey Exna, yes happy friday to you to. i am moving, and have a wedding to attend and so it will be a really great weekend! haha glad you like my posts..as for the headaches make sure you are getting enough water throughout the day..if you are, then im not sure why you are getting the headaches. Intervals are a great way to burn fat so im proud that you are working hard, and sweating your bag off! haha i love the bite it you write it quote. Its so awesome to be able to track our progress!
