早餐9:00,鸡蛋饼四个,一碗白粥
水果12:00,四个吊红半个橙子
午餐14:30,20多个饺子
晚餐21:30,一万疙瘩汤
瓜子零食若干
才增重0.2公斤,意外意外!!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 64.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
