@Aliakbar881 iya lumayan, 4x seminggu.. klo lg padet krjaan kantor kin 2x seminggu ke gym... @rindra.riana iya, fresh yang skrg, badan mulai kenceng, tp msh ada lemak sedikit.. target tahun depan, buang lemak lagi..
