早上两个包子,中午土豆片炒肉,青菜一盘,米饭一点点,晚上吃火锅!还吃了半个橙子。
结果还是成功减重0.7公斤!YES!!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 64.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
