其實我正常的食量是這樣🤣
週末北港回老家就是要大吃特吃...
不過明天還是得繼續跑10KG
吃的同時...訓練一樣不能間斷
已經安排好想吃的菜單
排骨尾飯...麻醬麵...餛飩湯
油飯麵線糊...鴨肉飯...手工蛋餅
圓仔湯....桂圓糯米粥...吃的完嗎?

我去都一碗田雞湯、一碗假魚肚湯、一碗乾麵,然後轉頭吃個鴨肉飯配下水湯,飽了🤣🤣🤣
