Frustrating day and good day. Down a size (from weight loss prior to this app) and all 4 clothing items I ordered fit. So yay! But with my prednisone intake, any sodium at all shows on the scale. Had 2 meals out yesterday and did fine calorie wise but the salt showed in the form of 3 lbs this morning. I downloaded a couple of fitness apps to help me get my strength back after prolonged illness. Onward. Not logging my weight today though.
