Good morning, I haven't journaled in a while. I have to say I need some support. I've been exercising like I always do, but I'm having a hard time with the eating part. I'm not going crazy and eating everything in sight, but I'm just snacking on bad things during the day. I have also been lazy about fixing my meals ahead of time, and I think that's what's getting me. I haven't been buying the 100 calorie snacks like I used to...basically, I know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to kick it. I just need some encouragement!!
