Good morning,
I haven't journaled in a while. I have to say I need some support. I've been exercising like I always do, but I'm having a hard time with the eating part. I'm not going crazy and eating everything in sight, but I'm just snacking on bad things during the day. I have also been lazy about fixing my meals ahead of time, and I think that's what's getting me. I haven't been buying the 100 calorie snacks like I used to...basically, I know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to kick it. I just need some encouragement!!

I am guessing with all the exercise you are doing you are still doing great! Hang in there, we all have those moments that we just need to relax and not try so hard, this is the time for you! You are still doing great and I know you will continue to do so! Keep your chin up and know you are worth it, look how far you have come already!!! Best of luck!

You are doing great. I can't wait until I get on your level. I have only lost 9 lbs so far and you are worried. Keep up the good work.
