So today I have added green tea to this nutritional mix. I'm going to try and drink 8 cups of non sweetened green tea for the rest of the month. Let's see if all the things I have been reading about green tea are true. I have to do something to shake up my metabolism. Right now, as usual it is at ends with me and being stubborn.
I have to write this down in order to be able to go back and look at it...I have looked in the mirror and I feel that I have lost inches. My body looks different and my clothes fit different I just haven't lost a single pound. Well, I'm assuming that I haven't lost a single pound. I will get on the scale this Saturday regardless of it being my nemesis. Wouldn't it be nice if I got on the scale and we were friends and it showed a weight loss??? Oh, to dream.
