11/23三人份晚餐:(每人)綜合沙拉🥗、川燙青江菜、蘋果🍎1/3顆、葡萄🍇、紅龍果、水煮蛋🥚1顆、氣炸十三香無骨雞腿排(我1/4隻、弟弟3/4隻、姊姊1/2隻)、氣炸歐包[芋頭紫米(每人各1/3個)、羅勒起司🧀️1/2條(弟弟、姊姊各1/2個)]~\(≧▽≦)/~⋯另外氣炸蒲燒鯛魚、雞翅、小雞腿🍗給弟弟加餐哦🤣🤣

😅⋯⋯因為下午都會偷吃零食(禁忌食物、甜點🤤🤤⋯等)所以晚餐常吃贖罪餐ㄚ😭😭
