Salute kak,turun BB gak banyak tapi bentuk tubuh secara visual kelihatan lebih ramping.slim and shape nya mulai kebentuk.tetap semangat kak 😁

Aku banyakan latihan sayap dada sm lengan soalnya emg bagian atas tubuhku lebih besar.. tp ttp latihan kaki jg sih walau ga seintens yg lain. Ttp fullbody workout hehe
