Where is everyone? ???
Well not a great day yesterday as I slept a lot of it. I did manage to go for a short quick walk, and used up my left overs from dinner at mom's.
This week I am working on incorporating two low Cal days. With the goal being to be under half my RDI. I am also creating a daily list of 7 things to do, either around the apartment or outside of it. So here's to my week one of pam's gotta do it challenge! :). I wish myself luck and good fortune!! :)
