早餐,鸡蛋,白粥,葱油饼
午餐,米饭一碗,排骨炖豆角
晚餐,炸馒头,包菜粉丝一盘
63.8 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 63.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
