I actually am not doing my "official weight" until saturday, but I was very pleased to step on the scale this morning and see a difference. I have been following my daily caloric intake about 90%. I went over one day, and it didn't make me that much fuller. I am eating healthier snacks b/c of a challenge on FS that I am participating in. I would be very upset if some weight hadn't dropped for me yet. I cut around 500 calories from my recommended daily intake (that figured at losing one pound a week) and I do around 30 minutes of some kind of cardio a night. Hopefully by saturday I will see another .8 lbs. or more lost.
