Ugh, Kill me now! Why does a weakness for chinese food (even tho it was healthy, AND I was still under calories) always mean a water weight gain...Keep on keepin on I guess..Tomorrow is another day, another weigh in. Hopefully I'll shed the water by then...
On another note, I changed my goal weight to my first mini goal instead of my total goal....sometimes seeing that huge number is so daunting. Hopefully it will keep motivated...

Maybe it was MSG? Restaurants really oversalt the heck out of the food they serve.

And sodium is a killer when it comes to water gain, but it's only water, not real weight so don't sweat it, or just sweat it out! Ha! And good thinking with changing the goal weight. Sometimes it can feel more manageable to break it up and just aim for the next mile stone. Keep at it Little.
