一天的饭食(加餐10g坚果+50g柚子+30个鸡肝) 两壶水 晚上还是没搭配好,吃了100g猪肉白菜馅儿,皮吃了大概30g 体重还是这样不争气,太难了,可是又忍不住强迫自己 调整心态+运动 明天蛋黄酥到了,又是考验了😋😋😋
