早上睡得比較飽~要努力把黑眼圈消掉
晚上吃長疆羊肉爐,好吃😋!
核心(大背椅三個動作:仰臥起坐不躺平、左右晃動手臂碰椅子、躺平腳向上甩,標準為每組20下,做六組;羅馬椅 側面)+腳(側躬步+臀橋+推腳機)
