Went for a walk last night with the hubby and one of our dogs. Walked for a mile, not sure of our speed though. Did drink 62.2ounces of water yesterday. Went to Grandmother's finished off one of her left overs and had a slice of her birthday cake. Did go over my RDI a little, but sugar was down to 130 this morning.

Sugar 155 @ 1:01pm (approx 2hrs after lunch)
