周日增重昨天是增重最不明显的一次😇 早餐,白粥,白煮蛋,两个炸馒头,一个酥脆的手抓饼; 中餐,咖喱牛肉饭,美味 晚餐,先吃南瓜饼吃饱,好吃的南瓜饼!酥脆软滑!又吃几个炸的洋葱圈!喝一杯咖啡!苦等的牛排终于到了!一份牛排一个煎蛋一点小食,再来点餐后水果,西瓜和红枣!饱了饱了!!
