Alright, so yesterday, I started out good, but didn't end so good. I normally stay out of my backyard, because the outside fridge is where we keep all the things that aren't so good for you as far as food goes (think Girl Scout Cookies). However, my hubby has gone out of town, and I needed to check on food and water for the dogs. Which of course, put me in the vacinity of the "bad" fridge. I broke, walked out there, grabbed a box of Thin Mints from the freezer and proceeded to eat half of the box. From there, I went to the store, bought a loaf of bread, sandwich meat and mayo. Came home and made two ham sandwiches...this on top of having a chicken loaded potato skillet at Denny's. My saving grace? I did not, absolutely, did not stop by the convenience store and get a 32ounce fountain drink...I did stay away from my coke! Of course, my sugar paid the price for my little back-tracking, it was 136 this morning.

I can do this! I will do this!
