Fritzy 22's Journal, 07 Nov 19

After my extreme fatigue day 2 or 3 days ago I've not been doing IF so much thinking maybe I was stopping eating too early in the day - anywhere from 11am -2pm. So my calories have been higher. I think I may go back to IF, just make sure I don't stop earlier than 2pm. Today I was snacking while waiting for the water for a cup of tea to boil. Had the rest of a box of Life cereal - about 1/4 cup dry. Some dried cranberries and some croutons, which I haven't logged because I don't want to find the information, but probably about 40 calories. I am usually 1000 calories or a little less. Today over 1300 calories.

But, I do have a little more energy. Not napping during the day. I took Bobby for a 50 minute walk today, still avoiding the big hills but had 2 or 3 minor ones. Then when I got home a friend called and wanted me to walk with her and her dog (Bobby's sister). So I drove to her house and walked another 50 minutes. Felt good about that, only about 30 minutes between the walks. But since the time change I haven't been sleeping well. I go to bed too early, because it's dark, and then wake up around 11 and maybe go back to sleep but have been awake since 3am today. Trying to stay up later.
