减重一公斤,Surprise 但也在意料之中。
由于运动和之前多吃的增重,在恢复正常饮食的两天体重自然恢复正常。
昨天
早餐:一个菜包两个茶叶蛋
午餐:炒茄子和两个煎蛋,一两米饭
晚餐:一个脆柿,三个小玉米(增重半斤)
62.6 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 62.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
