It feels great now when I see people that have not seen me in a while and say I did not recognize you at first ! When they say Damn you lost alot of weight ! I just take it in and feel great about myself !!!!

90.4 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: 100%.
