又双叒增重了,周日的惯性增重,这次又不例外! 早餐:吃了19个湾仔码头的大白菜猪肉馅儿的饺子!380克.的确是有点多。而且接近9点钟才吃的。 午餐:12点吃完饭,实在吃不下,就少吃了点儿粉丝和炸馒头,还吃了点儿肋排 晚餐:一小碗蛋炒饭,两个炸馒头,一点蔬菜,一点烤肉 总的来说昨天的热量摄入的确是太多了,再加上周日喝水没有平时多,代谢会慢一点。 增重也就在情理之中了!
