Just got my results back from blood pressure and cholesterol tests done 2 days ago. Last year both were too high and that was the main reason for joining FS. I am very pleased with a 4 and half stone weight loss and a years healthy eating I now have low cholesterol and normal blood pressure. Wow I am really happy with that but will keep recording intake and weight here to keep it in check. Goal achieved :)
