ok--- i think i have to start phase 1 all over again. clearly i must have not done something right- as i have lost no weigh in week 1 phase 1. i am thinking these ten pounds are just resistant and refuse to move not matter what i do. i exercise, eat the sb way and still nothing. i am going to give it another go this weekend. I WILL NOT weigh myself until next monday and there will be some progress!! DANG NABBIT!!! alright that was me pysching myself up again...

Did you get a physical done before you started losing weight? That way you can see if there are any medical exceptions...such as Thyroid disease. That help you keep those pounds on. If its not all that. It could just be that they diet you are trying, just isn't right, so if it doesn't work this time, maybe try another type! Either way, good luck, and remember, even if you aren't losing the weight, you are getting healthier!!! YAY to living longer!!!
